01. Information we collect · Royal Pop visitors included
We collect the minimum information needed to publish and distribute an editorial archive on Audemars Piguet — the Royal Oak, the Code 11.59, the Royal Oak Concept and related families. Most readers can use the site without providing any personal data at all.
- Contact details: name, email address and optional UAE mobile number when you write to the editorial desk.
- Message content: the text and attachments you choose to send through the contact form.
- Technical metadata: device type, browser and IP address used to load each article.
- Subscription preferences, where you have explicitly chosen to receive editorial updates.
02. How we use information
Personal data is used solely to publish the archive, reply to editorial enquiries and improve the way our pieces on the Manufacture in Le Brassus are organised. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with marketing networks.
- Reply to messages about Royal Oak references, Code 11.59 articles and Heritage Workshop subjects.
- Send editorial updates only to readers who have explicitly subscribed.
- Detect, investigate and prevent abuse of the contact form.
- Comply with applicable obligations under UAE law.
03. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you write to us or subscribe, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running an editorial site responsibly, and on the basis of legal obligations we must satisfy in the UAE.
04. Sharing with third parties · fewer than a UAE prepaid recharge requires
We share only what is necessary, with carefully selected processors:
- Hosting providers — for static delivery of the editorial archive.
- Email delivery — for transactional replies and, where applicable, subscriber newsletters.
- Analytics processors — only when anonymous analytics is enabled by your consent.
- Authorities — only where required by a valid legal order under UAE law.
05. Data retention
Contact-form messages are retained for two years from receipt, the period we consider necessary to honour editorial correspondence. Subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymous analytics is retained for fourteen months. Technical access logs are retained for ninety days.
06. Security
All data in transit is encrypted with modern TLS, and stored data is encrypted at the database layer. Access to subscriber and contact records is restricted on a least-privilege basis and audited. Backups are encrypted and held within a region appropriate to our hosting provider.
07. Your rights
You may, at any time, request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or request that it be exported in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@hpvwartslaserclinic.com and we will respond within thirty days.
